I could stare for hours at a good spider web. I love admiring the patterns and designs.....and the delicate designs and how the light hits each strand. Lately there have been so many out on my walks. Here are a couple of my favs.

Growing Shitakes
We recently visited with our friends Mandy and Steve at their farm, 3 Porch Farm. We were there in the Spring when Steve began the Shitake inoculation process....and here we are 5 months later with pounds of mushrooms. It was a little exciting.

All Tangeld Up
The vines have been growing like crazy all summer long. If you are not careful you can get all tangeled up like this shack. A common scene in the south.

Out of Order
I passed by this tractor the other day. I think it is safe to assume that it is 'out of order'.
