ingredients
6-8 big cloves of garlic, cut up
6 slices of ginger root
1 hot pepper, any kind
3 tbsp lemon juice
2 bouillon cubes
2 tbsp fish sauce
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 pack of firm tofu, cubed
4 big handfuls of cut up greens (kale, collards, spinach, chard, dandelion, etc)
5 cups water
directions
-sauté the garlic lightly in some oil -add all ingredients except tofu, to a large pot and bring to a boil
-simmer for 1/2 hour
-add tofu and simmer for another 15 minutes
-enjoy!
