i saw this old place for sale in downtown lexington, georgia. it’s such a typical southern style i thought i’d show it. it’s really the predominant style from the end of the 1900’s through the 1940’2. i like the simplicity and the symmetry.

i thought i would give you a visual of what a week of nice weather has brought us. i looked through my photos from last year and this very tree didn't start to bloom until march 25th. yikes! lets just hope that it doesn't freeze and destroy the peach crop.
until then, i am going to keep enjoying this explosion of beauty that is hitting the south right now!
